Adani Power's Mundra project gets nod for higher tariff

The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has approved higher tariff for Adani Power's 2,000 megawatt (MW) capacities at its Mundra power plant. The power plant was facing hardships after compensatory tariff was disallowed by the apex court in April 2017.

Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
