GMR group investing Rs 20,000 crore to expand existing airports, developing new aerodromes

GMR Group is currently investing Rs 20,000 crore to expand the existing airports and developing new aerodromes. GMR's airport business comprises of four operating airports- Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, Bidar Airport at Karnataka, and Mactan Cebu International Airport in the Philippines.

GMR Infrastructure is engaged in generation of power, mining and exploration activities, development of highways, infrastructure development, such as development and maintenance of airports and special economic zone; construction business, including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting activities and operation of airports and special economic zones.
